Rules & privacy.

All players are expected to respect the Cabal Zythera community and follow the server rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs, abusing game systems, impersonating staff, scamming, harassment, and other activities that may negatively affect players or the integrity of the server are prohibited.

Cabal Zythera administrators reserve the right to investigate violations and apply appropriate account or character sanctions when necessary.

All donations, top-ups, purchases, and other payments made to Cabal Zythera are considered final and non-refundable once successfully processed or once the corresponding virtual currency, item, service, or benefit has been delivered to the player's account.

Refunds will generally not be provided for player mistakes, changes of mind, account misuse, account suspension or banning resulting from rule violations, or virtual items and currency that have already been used, transferred, traded, consumed, or claimed.

In cases involving duplicate charges, incorrect transactions, or purchased benefits that were not delivered, players should contact Cabal Zythera Support so the transaction can be reviewed.

Cabal Zythera processes account registration and login information required to operate player accounts and provide server services. Account information may be used for authentication, security, abuse prevention, player support, and normal server administration.

Players are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should never share passwords or security information with other players.

Cabal Zythera is an unofficial fan-operated game server. Game names, trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. Cabal Zythera is not presented as an official service of the original game publisher or developer.
